Work · Relocation and immigration services

For relocation and immigration agencies

Help the visitor make sense of the options for a move

Directions, services and the stages of support are gathered in one space. The visitor chooses a country on a globe or in a list, sees how the work is organised and moves on to a concrete request.

Ways to work

What the adaptation includes
  • One landing page in one language, using the selected ready base.
  • The existing 3D scene and interaction of that example.
  • Your supplied copy, logo and brand colours.
  • Responsive layout and one enquiry form.
  • 2 design revision rounds and 1 consolidated list of small text updates before handover.
  • Development: up to 14 working days from the agreed start after payment and receipt of materials; time awaiting materials and approvals is excluded.
  • 30 calendar days of technical support after handover; new changes are separately agreed and charged.
  • Agreed site source files, build and instructions.

New 3D models, complex features and integrations are not included automatically: they are agreed and priced separately before payment.

01

A direction on the globe or in the list

Some visitors think in countries, some in regions. The globe and the list work together: a choice in one is seen in the other. Without 3D the same markers stay on a flat map.

02

Two scenarios built differently

A person with a family gets a clear order of steps. A company gets a distribution of roles between the employee, HR and the specialist, and a board of statuses with the next action. The structure differs, not just the names.

03

What is included, and who decides what

The specialist’s work, what the client provides, what is agreed separately and what the state authorities decide are shown apart. The visitor sees what to expect and what will be asked of them. The scope is agreed after the situation is discussed.

Private client

What the specialist does

  • Discusses your purpose and circumstances
  • Marks the questions that need checking
  • Prepares an individual list of materials
  • Coordinates the stages and answers questions along the way

What the client provides

  • Information about yourself and your family
  • Materials from the agreed list
  • Answers to the specialist’s questions
  • Decisions at each stage

Agreed separately

  • Help after the move
  • Translation of documents
  • Separate support for family members

Company

What the specialist does

  • Compares the company’s aims with the employees’ circumstances
  • Prepares individual lists of materials
  • Coordinates several requests and agrees the order with HR
  • Reports the status of each request and the next action

What the client provides

  • Company: its aims and a responsible person
  • HR: the company’s documents and information
  • Employee: information about themselves and materials from their list
  • Decisions on the scope of support

Agreed separately

  • Help for employees after the move
  • Translation of documents
  • Separate support for employees’ family members

Decisions of the authorities

  • Decide on the application
  • Set the requirements, the procedure of submission and the list of documents
  • Set the time for consideration and may ask for further information
  • The agency does not make these decisions and does not guarantee the result

04

A first step: a concrete request without personal data

The visitor marks the direction, the purpose and the questions and gets a summary that is easy to bring to a consultation. In the demonstration nothing is sent. In a real project a booking form for a consultation, connected to your system, takes its place.

What the summary contains

  • DirectionA country from the list
  • Who is movingA private client or a company
  • PurposeWork, study, family, own business or “still choosing”
  • What to clarifyDocuments, order of actions, family and children, first housing, work

What is in the demonstration, and what is not

Works in the demo

  • A globe of dots with eight demonstration directions and a list beside it
  • The globe turns to the chosen country; a choice by marker or from the list
  • A choice of a private client or a company, and of the purpose of the move
  • A description of the support and six stages
  • A summary of the request that can be copied; it holds no personal data
  • A flat map instead of 3D on weaker devices

Adapted to your business

  • Your directions and their order
  • Your services and the description of the stages
  • Client scenarios: private, corporate, others
  • The look to match your brand

Needs separate development

  • Information by country: conditions, documents, timelines — only from sources you have confirmed
  • Booking a consultation and connection to your CRM
  • Consent to personal data processing and the privacy notice — from your company and your lawyers
  • Other languages of the site
Limits of this demonstration
  • ATLAS PASSAGE is a fictional agency. Its directions, wording and stages are made up for the demonstration.
  • The demonstration contains no programmes, requirements for entry or stay, fees, licences, timelines, reviews or promises of approval. In a real project this content is written by the agency and confirmed against current official sources.
  • The globe is a stylised dot map drawn from simplified outlines. It shows no borders and is not a map for reference.
  • The questionnaire is built in the browser: it asks no name or contacts, sends nothing to anyone and stores nothing.
  • There are eight directions in the list. Which countries appear is defined by the agency’s services.

What you get

  • A website of the agency with an interactive map of the destinations it works with.
  • The structure of your services by country, by private or corporate client and by goal.
  • The description of the support and its stages — written with you from your own content.
  • A version without 3D with the same content.
  • An enquiry form connected to your own system.
  • Source files and documentation as agreed in the terms of the project.

What we will need from you

  • The list of destinations and services that you actually provide.
  • The description of your stages of support.
  • Brand materials, texts and photographs.
  • Country details confirmed by you or your lawyers: we do not write legal statements ourselves.
  • Requirements for the enquiry form, the CRM and the consent to process personal data.

How the scope is agreed

  • How many destinations and services are shown.
  • How many scenarios there are: private, corporate, other.
  • How many pages and languages are needed.
  • How the country information is kept up to date, and by whom.
  • Integrations: enquiry form, CRM, booking of a consultation.
  • Support after launch: updates, new models, checks.

This is not a fixed package: the scope follows your task and is agreed before the work starts.

Your directions in your words

You define the list of directions and the wording of the services and stages. Information by country — conditions, documents, timelines — goes on the site only after you confirm it against official sources; we do not write legal statements ourselves.

What does your agency want to tell a future client?

Send the list of your directions and the description of your stages. We will suggest a structure for the site and a way to show the directions.

Discuss the development Request adaptation terms

After your request we read the description, reply to the contact you give and propose a format and scope of work. Scope, timing and cost are agreed on the basis of your materials.
